This lake front cottage is located in a friendly quiet residential community, close to small towns and major roads including 402 highway.
This 1400 sq ft cottage is one level with a few steps within home.
There are three bedrooms, master on one side and two on the other side of the home.
Master bedroom has lake views and a private three piece bathroom with a walk in closet.
Second bedroom has a queen bed and lake views. Third bedroom has a queen bed and faces the front yard.
Main floor has a three piece luxury bathroom with a tub and a shower that overlook the lake!
Panoramic window lake views from the living & dining room.
Kitchen that has all your cooking needs, essentials and a BBQ with propane ready to use.
Linen for all beds, shower towels, toiletries, Wifi, television. Many extra amenities provided or will try to accommodate as requested.
No interaction with guests unless needed. Host is available by phone & text.
Private code will be given for access to cottage.
Community Neighbourhood. Permanent residents with many cottage homes.
No public transit available in area.
Quiet streets with free parking.
Driveway can fit four vehicles.

The vacant lot besides is not belonged to this property and is not to be trespassed.
There is new public stair case access to the beach just a few minutes walk down the street.
The property is intended strictly for family group and not for party central gatherings. This cottage is only suitable for 8 guests which 6 adults max.
If you have children we can do our best to try to accommodate for what is required for them upon request. Please let us know so we can have it prepared.
-The unfenced property with no protection from cliff, caution and close attention to young children.
-The cottage renter & guests are responsible for tidying the cottage before checking-out, so that its original condition is restored.
-The cottage renter & guests shall assume responsibility for any willful or negligent damages to the cottage and its premises.
-The cottage renter & guest should not attempt repairs and should contact the cottage owner as soon as possible to make emergency repairs.
-The cottage owner assumes no responsibility for injury to any cottage guest during the term of the cottage rental.
-Host must know exactly who and how many guests will be at the cottage.
-Parking will be kept to a 4 car minimum. 4 car driveway.
Street parking available but must keep only 2 max in-front of property. Four cars max at property including street.
-The cottage renter will not be refunded for a late arrival or early departure.
-All sports equipment that is available should be used with caution and at own risk. Also will not be damaged and treated with care.
-Do not flush anything ( including baby wipes ) down toilet. Only the toilet paper can be flushed please.
-Cottage guest should respect wildlife. Please do not feed animals and make sure to cover the garbage bin to prevent the invasion of raccoons
