This comfortable beach house is located 4 blocks from the beach & boardwalk and 3 blocks from Sail Bay. Close enough to get where you want to go quickly and easily but far enough away from the noise and crowds. Take a short walk to surf, jog, walk or just hang out on the sand. Included in your rental are 3 beach cruiser bikes, 2 boogie boards, 5 beach chairs, ice chest and wagon to enjoy with friends and family. Do all of these things without ever getting in your car. Off street parking for a second car.
Our private fenced rear yard has an outside shower, BBQ porch with prep sink, patio table with umbrella that seats 6 people, and is beautifully landscaped with plants that attract butterflies and hummingbirds.
Inside we have hardwood flooring with carpet in the bedrooms, central air w/ AC & heat. A spacious family room with custom Italian leather sofas to watch the 60' flat screen TV with DVD with sound bar. Two bedrooms have Smart TV's as well.
The Kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel pots and pans, BBQ utensils and a crockpot for fast and easy food prep.
There are countless restaurants, shopping and places to go in a short walking distance. Belmont Park is just a short bike ride down the boardwalk to enjoy the rides or beach bars & shops. Sea World is just a few miles away.
