This beautiful modern cottage is situated on Black Donald Lake near Calabogie with 200 feet of flat shoreline and stunning views. It features a huge front deck complete with glass railings, a lounge couch, and patio table. Enjoy some relaxation in the new barre sauna! The large dock is the perfect place to relax, fish, go for a swim and enjoy the stunning sunsets. The property is largely flat allowing easy access to the water for both young and old. Built in 2020, this 3 bedroom cottage cottage sleeps 6 people comfortably, has a large open family room overlooking the waterfront, and an open concept kitchen and dining areas.
